Article Abstract
Serum B12 homocysteine and methylmalonic acid levels are unreliable predictors of B12-responsive neurologic disorders, and should be thoroughly investigated and presumptively treated in patients with unexplained leukoencephalopathy because even long-standing deficits may be reversible.
